Account Deletion

Instructions for deleting your account in the CureQi app.

App / Developer

This account deletion request applies to the app “CureQi” by “CureQi” (as shown on Google Play).

How to delete your account (in-app)

  1. Open the app and sign in with Google.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  4. Tap the red “Delete Account” button.
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What happens after you delete your account

Account: Your account will be permanently deleted.

Data deleted: Your personal profile information and all data associated with your account in the app will be deleted.

Data retention: We do not keep your personal data after account deletion, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security purposes. If any such retention is required, it is kept only for the minimum period required by applicable law and then deleted.
