Acceptance
By accessing or using Cureqi, including the website and app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What the App provides
Cureqi provides educational content, self-care guidance, wellness tracking, and AI-assisted features designed to support personal wellness reflection. The service is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
Account and sign-in
Some features may require you to create an account or sign in with a supported provider. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Membership and purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases (if any) are processed through Apple In-App Purchase (App Store). If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
User conduct
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with security or availability, copy or scrape content at scale, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use Cureqi in a way that could harm others.
Intellectual property
The Cureqi app, website, design, text, software, and related content are owned by Cureqi or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Cureqi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Content is for education and self-care reflection only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cureqi and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use after an updated version is published means you accept the revised terms.
