How AI is used in Cureqi
After you complete and pay for a questionnaire bundle, Cureqi sends only the symptoms from that bundle that you marked above Not present, together with their severity and your delivery locale, to a server-side large language model workflow. The workflow first asks for an overall syndrome-and-treatment summary for the selected symptom cluster, then expands into symptom-by-symptom reasoning and practical daily guidance. The final report is constrained to a fixed Cureqi report structure before it is delivered on the web and as a PDF by email.
Not medical advice
Cureqi is a wellness service. The symptom-pattern report does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed physician. If you have symptoms, are pregnant, are managing a chronic condition, or are considering changes to medication or treatment, consult a qualified healthcare professional before acting on anything in the report.
Human oversight
Cureqi's TCM practitioner team designs the questionnaire bundles, the server-side prompt structure, and the report templates. The team also conducts periodic quality reviews on sampled AI-generated reports. We do not, however, individually review every single report before it is delivered to you — the per-user personalization is produced by AI in real time after payment.
Data used to generate your report
We use only the symptoms and severities you submit in the paid questionnaire bundle, the bundle identifier, the locale needed for delivery, and the email address you provide for delivery. We do not access your contacts, location, browser history, or any external profile. The questionnaire content is processed by our AI provider strictly to generate your report and is not used to build any third-party profile.
We do not train models on your personal data
Your questionnaire answers and your generated report are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — neither our own nor those of any third-party AI provider. We have configured our AI provider integration to disable training on customer data wherever that option is available.
AI limitations and bias
AI systems can be wrong. The symptom-pattern report may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or generalizations that do not apply to your specific situation. AI outputs can also reflect biases present in their training data, including over-generalization across populations. Treat the report as one input among many — not as a definitive answer.
Regulatory context
This disclosure is provided voluntarily, in line with the FTC's guidance on AI transparency in consumer products and the general transparency principles of the EU AI Act. Cureqi's AI features are not classified as high-risk AI systems under the EU AI Act. We will update this page as guidance evolves.
Your rights
