How AI is used in Cureqi
When you complete the constitution questionnaire, your answers are fed into a large language model that has been guided by Cureqi's curated knowledge base of Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution patterns. The model generates a personalized written summary, an estimated constitution profile, and a set of lifestyle suggestions across sleep, diet, stress, and movement. The structure of the report (sections, categories, scoring rubric) is designed and reviewed by Cureqi's TCM practitioner team; only the personalized narrative inside each section is generated by AI.
Not medical advice
Cureqi is a wellness service. The Constitution Report does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed physician. If you have symptoms, are pregnant, are managing a chronic condition, or are considering changes to medication or treatment, consult a qualified healthcare professional before acting on anything in the report.
Human oversight
Cureqi's TCM practitioner team designs the questionnaire, the scoring rubric, and the report templates. The team also conducts periodic quality reviews on sampled AI-generated reports. We do not, however, individually review every single report before it is delivered to you — the per-user personalization is produced by AI in real time.
Data used to generate your report
We use only the answers you submit in the questionnaire and the email address you provide for delivery. We do not access your contacts, location, browser history, or any external profile. The questionnaire is processed by our AI provider strictly to generate your report and is not used to build any third-party profile.
We do not train models on your personal data
Your questionnaire answers and your generated report are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — neither our own nor those of any third-party AI provider. We have configured our AI provider integration to disable training on customer data wherever that option is available.
AI limitations and bias
AI systems can be wrong. The Constitution Report may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or generalizations that do not apply to your specific situation. AI outputs can also reflect biases present in their training data, including over-generalization across populations. Treat the report as one input among many — not as a definitive answer.
Regulatory context
This disclosure is provided voluntarily, in line with the FTC's guidance on AI transparency in consumer products and the general transparency principles of the EU AI Act. Cureqi's AI features are not classified as high-risk AI systems under the EU AI Act. We will update this page as guidance evolves.
Your rights
