1. Overview
This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use Cureqi (the “App”).
2. Information we collect
- Account information: basic profile information returned by Sign in with Apple, Google sign-in, or WeChat sign-in, such as your name, avatar, email address, or the account identifier provided by the platform.
- Wellness-related inputs you choose to provide (e.g., symptoms, questionnaire answers, preferences).
- Device & usage information (device model, OS/app version, language, network status, usage events).
- Diagnostics (crash logs and performance data).
- Purchases (Apple In-App Purchase subscription status and purchase receipts; we do not receive your card number).
3. What we do not collect (App Store version)
- We do not require phone-number sign-in.
- We do not request or collect precise location.
- We do not request access to your contacts.
- We do not upload or store your photos, videos, or local file contents on our servers, and we do not request broad access to your photo library, videos, or local files.
- We do not use IDFA for advertising tracking.
4. How we use information
- Provide features and personalized wellness content.
- Maintain security and prevent abuse.
- Improve performance, reliability, and service quality.
- Manage subscriptions and support requests.
5. Sharing and third parties
We may share information with service providers only as needed to provide services, such as sign-in providers (e.g., Apple, Google, or WeChat) for authentication, Apple services for in-app purchases, and technical service providers for cloud, security, push delivery, crash analysis, or performance monitoring if such features are enabled in a specific build.
Any third party that accesses personal data on our behalf must protect that data to a standard no lower than this policy and may only process it as needed to provide services, maintain security, troubleshoot, or comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Storage, deletion, and your choices
We keep data only for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, fulfill legal obligations, or protect the security of the App. When you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize relevant personal data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law or necessary for ongoing dispute resolution.
You can request account deletion in the App (Me → Settings → Delete account), disable notifications in system settings, stop using the App at any time, or revoke sign-in authorization through the corresponding Apple, Google, or WeChat account settings.
