How long does it take to receive my report?
Your full report appears on the website immediately after payment. A PDF copy is emailed to you, usually within 1 minute. If you do not see the email within 10 minutes, please check spam, then email hello@cureqi.com.
What if I am not satisfied with the report?
Email hello@cureqi.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. See the Refund Policy page for the exact procedure and timing.
Is the Constitution Report medical advice?
No. Cureqi is a wellness service. The report is not a medical diagnosis, treatment plan, or prescription. See the AI Disclosure page for details on what AI does and does not do in the report.
How do I delete my account or data?
Open the Account Deletion page for step-by-step instructions inside the app. You can also email hello@cureqi.com to request deletion of any data tied to your purchase.
