How to request a refund

Email hello@cureqi.com from the same email address used at checkout. Include your Stripe receipt number (starts with "pi_" or "ch_") or order ID. You do not need to provide a reason. We confirm receipt within 1 business day and approve eligible requests within 2 business days.

Processing time

Once a refund is approved, the funds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Stripe typically settles refunds to cards within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. We will send you a Stripe refund confirmation email as soon as the refund is initiated.

Eligible purchases

All paid Constitution Report unlocks are eligible — including repeat purchases. The 7-day clock starts from each individual payment, not from your first ever purchase.

Non-refundable items

We currently sell only digital Constitution Reports. There are no non-refundable items: every paid product on cureqi.com is covered by the policy above. If we add new products in the future, the policy on each respective product page will control.

Chargebacks and disputes

If something has gone wrong, please email us first — most issues are resolved within one business day. Filing a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting us can delay resolution by weeks. If you do file a chargeback, we will provide your transaction record, delivery confirmation, and this refund policy to Stripe and your card issuer as evidence.
